Mine is going well. I have been able to get up fairly easy in the early mornings, too sort of join Paul, Pat and Kevin at the "Y" . I do need to start swimming some laps.
You can't get that type of training in Florida. I feel better now. It was the first time I rode my tri bike since Louisville. Bad conditions follow that bike around.

ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know if there is more aerobic benefit riding into a snow squall or riding as fast as you can away from it?
